Every month MusicDigi processes new sales reports from streaming services and stores. Each service usually delivers these reports monthly, and they reflect sales from about 3 months ago. So, if you released a single in January, and it started being streamed in that month, royalties for it won't show up in your MusicDigi Account until about 3 months later.
Note, Each music store is different and each one has their own payment and report schedule (monthly, quarterly, etc).
The sales reporting is broken down into two parts:
Estimated Sales
These sales reports contain Estimated sales and are reflected as such in the “Sales > Analytics” tab of the dashboard. In this tab, each store is displayed in a different color and sales data can be filtered by date, store, artist, label or release.
Be sure to click on "Reload Data" each time you select different options to refresh the information.
Confirmed Sales
Once we have received a report and a corresponding payment from a music store, These sales are reflected as Confirmed total in the platform and added to your balance, accessible from your MusicDigi account in the “Sales > Balance” tab. You’ll then be able to withdraw your money.
