Your release may have been taken down because:
- You did not renew your annual payment or the payment failed.
- The stores discovered that your release violates their guidelines. For example, if your release contains an unauthorised sample, infringes on another artist's copyright, or has artwork containing copyrighted content.
- Your release is suspected of fraudulent streaming activity.
What now?
If your release was taken down unfortunately we are unable to re-upload it, you can of course re-join MusicDigi any time and upload it again.
If you’re worried that your release will lose the stream count on Spotify, please follow the instructions below:
- Make sure that the release is as identical as possible to the taken down release, use the same audio file, cover art and name - unfortunately the UPC and ISRC codes cannot be re-used.
The more you change the less likely it is that it will match!
If your release was removed from a store due to infringement you should have received an email from us, please reply to that message or contact the support for further information.
